ventura strong identity
a rally cry for the city of ventura, california (known as the abbreviated ‘VTA’) in the wake of the thomas fire that swept through the city in december of 2017.
by using the ‘VTA’ abbreviation i was able to create an ambigram out of this identity development to make it striking, recognizable & versatile.
i ran a month-long fundraiser, selling approximately 35 shirts & collecting donations, garnering over $500 that i donated to a family who lost their home in the fire.
